The Silent Auction format is our most popular service and historically has been the most effective in boosting your profits with minimal effort your part.

We provide a range of stunning items listed on a bidding brochure which our staff distribute ready for when your guests arrive.

Guests can then bid at their leisure during the course of your event. We gather the bidding sheets towards the end of the evening, calculate who has been a successful bidder, then collect payment and arrange delivery or wrap to take on the night.

We take care of dispatching all prizes to your guests to a UK mainland address within 7-10 days of the event.

We have a set reserve price for each item, which you will be made aware of prior to the event – you keep 100% of the profits which could and usually does amount to thousands of pounds. We only charge for items transacted, so there is no risk to you. We deduct our reserve from the total bid amount and then present you with the profits. (We even take care of the VAT for charities).
